Enter your treatments or treatment plans with ease! Use Maxident's Quick Billing, Quick Pre-authorizations or advanced billing options. Once you've selected your billing method, the Treatment Ticket takes you step by step through the rest. Use Maxident's "Supercode" feature, which allows you to post multiple procedures at once for common treatments like hygiene. Every transaction entered will be accurate, for a perfectly balanced day-end! Enter the information, and everything in the Maxident system is automatically updated!

Ortho

Maxident has a full "Ortho contract" system built-in so you can easily manage your patients who receive Ortho treatment. This system will manage every contract you create and track the "declining balance" of each. A great feature of this system is that all current contracts are not printed or calculated in your accounts receivable.

Posted Notes

Make patient specific notes to remind or notify staff. Maxident lets you store (multiple) posted notes per patient ledger. You can choose to "show" or "hide" the posted notes.

Bulk Payments

Maxident has this payment allocation system in place to handle bulk insurance payments. You can allocate payment per procedure code or per visit. Enter in all payments and generate a bulk payment report to make sure your entries balance!

Electronic Claims Submission

Accounts Receivable

Relays

Maxident allows relays, or partially completed billings. You can enter the procedure codes, and relay the charges until the procedure is done, then finish the billing when the patient is ready to leave! Relays also allow you to put a billing on "hold" if you're suddenly interrupted with an emergency task. Maxident will save your entries and allow you to pick up later - right where you left off. Say goodbye to having to re-do billings from the beginning again!

Multiple Patients

Ability to work with multiple patient profiles at the same time! The Patients menu lets you keep up to three patient records open simultaneously and switch between them easily.
