Maxident Dental Software announces an all-new version to be launched for beta Feb 2007.

Chieu Quach, Head of Programming, and Pablo Donzis, Project Manager, of Maxim Software Systems are announcing the beta of the next version of their dental software program, Maxident6.

Maxim Software Systems develops, sells, and supports, dental software for dentists in Canada, the US and the Caribbean. Maxident is a brand name that has had a good, long-standing, reputation in the dental industry since 1980.

“Maxident6 is a complete rewrite from the ground up. We have invested over 2 years of programming to add features that our customers have requested, streamline processes, and integrate new Microsoft Technology to raise the bar in the Dental Industry,” says Quach.

“We focused a lot of our energy in software architecture and design to produce yet another high quality software program. We became Microsoft ISV partners so our team would be able to use leading technology to give our users more options than ever available before” says Donzis.

Maxident6 is written entirely in .Net. Maxident6 has also been designed to be database, country, language and currency independent, which will enable Maxident to forge into international markets. General release is expected in 2008. The update will use Microsoft SQL Server as the primary database. “Every Dentist in the world should be able to use a top quality software program like Maxident”, says Quach.

All Maxident support holders can expect to receive this Maxident update free of charge upon general release.
