This is our most popular training option! PC Anywhere is a third party software program that allows us to dial into your computer remotely. We can dial in only when you grant us permission to.

The method of training allows a trainer to log onto your computer as if we were in your office. We are able to watch you move your mouse around, or we can take control of your mouse and you can see what we are doing. In essence, we are sharing your desktop.

This technology allows us to be in your office, without having to physically be there. This is the reason it is the most popular method of training.
