There are small and large disasters, but whatever their size, their effect is disruptive. One of the functions of our hotline support is to help you recover lost maxident data. While we are not responsible for the safekeeping of your data, the techniques that we employ to recover it are formidable. Usually the problem is to restore data that has been corrupted or lost due to power surges, spikes or operator error. We continue to stress the importance of a backup for data recovery, and have even built in a utility called maxisave to help assist us when data restoration is needed.
