Arthur proudly founded Maxim Software Systems in 1980. Already a seasoned business professional with a keen interest in computer technology when he started Maxim, he has directed his expertise and drive into establishing a top-quality dental software program now well known and loved across Canada. With further goals of branching out internationally already being realized, today Arthur devotes much time and work toward expanding Maxim's interests overseas. A dynamic businessman, Arthur has been a strong mentor to the Maxim Management Group, and a vital force behind Maxim's 25 years of success and counting.

Cindy Shewchook

Office Manager

As Maxim's Office Manager, Cindy takes care of the company's administrative functions, and has worked at Maxim since 1995, so she knows the company inside and out, in addition to being a friendly, familiar voice to our software user family! She is an integral part of the Management Group, and acts as a vital hub of Maxim's head office, ensuring that all departments are functioning smoothly, so that our users are always getting 100% at every level of service.

Chieu Quach

Product Manager

Chieu joined the Maxim team in 1997, and became part of the Management Group in 1999. He holds a degree in Computer Science, and is the head of Maxim's programming department, which works hard every day to enhance Maxident. Chieu is responsible for overall programming, software development and new features. He maintains strong lines of communication with both the technical support department and Maxident users to ensure fast, effective customer solutions.

Cheryl Kanhai

General & Sales Manager

Cheryl started working with Maxim in 1999 and has risen from Sales Manager to General & Sales Manager. She holds a degree in Business Administration and Advanced International Business. Cheryl is strongly dedicated to Maxim, spending many hours and much energy working on new ways to promote the company, including bringing Maxident to international markets. She maintains close contact with Maxident's family of software users and aims to ensure their ongoing satisfaction. As a member of the Management Group, Cheryl plays a key role in running the company and establishing its policies. Cheryl prides herself on being a forward-looking business professional, and constantly strives to keep Maxim moving into the future!

Pablo Donzis

Development Project Manager

Pablo is one of Maxim’s newest team members, joining Maxim in 2003. Pablo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Software Engineering. As the head of the Development Team, he is integral to the architecture and design of Maxident, and is responsible for the software's Development Process and Lifecycle. Adding Pablo to our team of experts is key in our overall strategy to offer our customers a top quality software program in Canada and internationally.
